Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Rupybooks subscription at any time. This policy explains what happens when you do.
How to cancel
Cancel from Administration > Modules & Plans inside your Rupybooks account, or by writing to support@rupybooks.com. To stop the next renewal charge, cancel at least 7 days before your billing date — subscriptions otherwise automatically renew for the same term (monthly or annual).
What happens after you cancel
Monthly plan: cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end your current paid period early. You keep full access to Rupybooks until the end of the month you've already paid for, with no further charge after that and no refund for that month.
Yearly plan: cancelling takes effect immediately -- access ends at once. You are refunded the amount paid for the year, less the months already used calculated at the regular, non-discounted monthly rate (the yearly plan's 2-months-free discount does not carry over to an early exit). Your data after cancellation
After your subscription ends, your company data remains available for export for sixty (60) days. After that grace period it is permanently deleted from production systems (except records Indian law requires us to retain, such as under Section 128 of the Companies Act, 2013). We recommend downloading a backup (Administration > Company > Backup) before your access ends.
Cancellation by Rupybooks
We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of our Terms & Conditions (for example, fraudulent use or non-payment). If we ourselves discontinue the Rupybooks service, we give at least 90 days' written notice and refund the unused portion of any paid subscription, as described in our Refund Policy.
